4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 7+ days before check-in: Full refund.
  • Cancellations made 3-6 days before check-in: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 72 hours of check-in: No refund.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 working days.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.
  • Any damages to property caused by the user may result in additional charges.
  • Users must comply with camp rules, local laws, and safety guidelines during their stay.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Bir Rajgundha (La Nevi Camps) is not liable for:
    • Any personal injuries, accidents, or losses during your stay.
    • Weather-related disruptions, natural calamities, or force majeure events.
    • Cancellations due to government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Guests are responsible for their belongings, and we do not hold liability for lost or stolen items.
