1. Cancellation Policy

For Accommodation Bookings:

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before check-in → Full refund.
• Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before check-in → 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of check-in → No refund.

For Activities & Experiences:

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled activity → Full refund.
• Cancellations between 3 to 6 days before the activity → 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of the activity → No refund.

For Group & Bulk Bookings (More than 5 Guests):

• Cancellations made 10 or more days before check-in → Full refund.
• Cancellations made between 4 to 9 days before check-in → 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of check-in → No refund.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
• It may take 7-10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
• Processing fees (if applicable) deducted by payment gateways are non-refundable.
• No refund will be provided in case of no-show or early checkout.
• Refund requests due to weather conditions or force majeure events will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Modifications & Rescheduling

• Date changes/modifications are allowed up to 5 days before check-in, subject to availability.
• Any modification requests within 72 hours of check-in will be treated as a cancellation and are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is permitted only once per booking.

4. Force Majeure Policy

In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will:

• Offer rescheduling at no additional cost (subject to availability).
• Provide partial refunds based on the situation.
